About The Series

Rebecca Hargrave Malamud's latest series of signed artist edition prints preserve treasured objects found in nature as intriguing color studies.

About The Prints

Waypoints are vector illustrations based on the artist's photographic archives. Each study reduces the color palette to create a tension between abstraction and realism, preserving the identification of the original object using the fewest number of colors possible.

One key color is selected to complement and frame the image. The frames are then handpainted to match the hue to complete the visual experience.
